Thanks for shopping and/or using our racquet stringing service at Good Game Sports. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Good Game Sports practises a no-return and no-refund policy.

This is strictly applied to racquet stringing services.

For item sales, it must be proven that the item is damaged at the time of sale. Exchanges for a similar item is possible if it is in stock. If there is no similar item in stock, other forms of exchanges can be arranged.
