MSV Hepta Twist 1.25mm (red)

MSV is a German string brand.  I have only just recently started to appreciate their two most popular strings - Focus Hex & Hepta Twist.

The first time I strung the Hepta Twist, I knew it would play differently, but in a good way. It is a 7-sided string that has been twisted in a thermos process during manufacturing. I could feel its flexibility just by handling the string. Flexibility translates to pocketing and power.

Then when I first tested it, I was completely won over. It is both easy to generate spin and power.  Baseline hitting was an effortless breeze. Yet I could still get the control from full swings. It is so play-friendly that I was just hitting the ball back and enjoying the game.

It is written in a review somewhere else that this string was designed to promote consistent performance, allowing players to maintain their preferred playing style over extended periods.

This string is suitable for the broad spectrum of players from beginners (who will benefit from the added flexibility), to high intermediate players (who will like the ability to swing fast and generate good spin).

No regrets using this string.
